For the entire month of April the Nicollet Island Inn will be hosting our first ever Burgers & Bourbon event featuring six premium bourbons, including Small Batches from Basil Haydens and Colonel E.H. Taylor, Four Rose Single Barrel, the highly sought after Blanton’s (while supplies last), and more!

For only $25 you can enjoy our famous Nic’s Burger and fries with a glass of bourbon any way you want it (neat, on the rocks, old fashioned…you name it, we can pour it).  To keep the fun going you can also add any additional pour for only $12.  We hope you’ll join us!

Available while supplies last, valid in the Bar/Lounge only, no reservations, 3-9pm Monday – Sunday, not applicable with happy hour pricing, not available on Easter.

The Nic’s Burger is a half-pound, house-ground natural filet mignon, two slices of thick-cut bacon, house smoked tomato jam, dijon mustard, arugula, swiss & cheddar cheese on a brioche bun served with fries.
